The general situation of Dezhou climatic features, crops planting conditions, new type management subject, level of farming mechanization, production and problems existing in summer and fall crops were investigated through questionnaire and field research. For problems in production, suggestions and countermeasures for sustainable development were put forward, which can provide the theoretical basis for the healthy development of modern agriculture in Dezhou.%通过问卷调查和实地调研, 对德州市农业气候特点、作物种植条件、新型农业经营主体情况、农业机械化水平、夏秋作物生产情况、夏秋作物生产中存在的问题等进行了深入了解, 并针对生产中存在的问题, 提出了可持续发展的建议对策, 为德州现代农业的健康发展奠定理论基础.
