目的 观察银黄消痘面膜联合一清胶囊治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮的疗效.方法 按就诊先后顺序,随机将79例Ⅱ～Ⅲ级脾胃湿热型痤疮患者分成2组.其中治疗组39例,采用银黄消痘面膜外敷联合一清胶囊内服;对照组40例,采用0.1％阿达帕林凝胶外涂联合盐酸多西环素胶囊口服.治疗4周评估疗效,并在疗程结束后8周回访复发情况.结果 两组治疗后皮损积分、中医证候积分均较治疗前显著下降(P＜0.05),治疗组皮损积分及中医证候积分降低程度明显大于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 银黄消痘面膜外敷联合一清胶囊治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮疗效较好,不良反应轻微,复发率低.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinhuang Xiaodou Facial Mask combined with Yiqing Capsule in the treatment of acne vulgaris with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.Methods A total of 79 patients with grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ acne vulgaris with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups according to the registration order.The 39 patients in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group were given external application of Yinhuang Xiaodou Facial Mask combined with oral Yiqing Capsule,and the 40 patients in the Western medicine control group were given external application of 0.1％ adapalene gel combined with oral doxycycline hyclate capsules.Clinical outcomes were evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment,and the patients were followed up at 8 weeks after the treatment ended to evaluate recurrence.Results Both groups had significant reductions in skin lesion score and TCM syndrome score after treatment (P＜0.05),and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions than the control group (P＜0.05).The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups (P＞ 0.05).Conclusion Yinhuang Xiaodou Facial Mask combined with Yiqing Capsule has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of acne vulgaris with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome with slight adverse effects and a low recurrence rate.
