With the overall construction of the ″three intensive management and five large scale″system, the supporting capacity of information in power supply company enhances constantly .At the same time , the enterprise data has a massive growth .The repeated data acquisition , data redundancy , desynchro-nized shared data update , inaccurate data , and dull information communication often exist between the different information systems , which impact the data processing , data analysis , investment decisions of the company seriously .To solve those problems , the paper builds three ″real-time″data governance con-trol system , which is real-time information reflecting , real-time process control and real-time monitoring .
