体育产业集群是国际产业经济发展中的共有特征和必经形式.随着我国体育产业经济的快速发展,大规模的体育产业集群成为未来我国体育产业发展的重要方式.皖江城市带发展体育产业集群已经具备了良好的基础和条件,采用态势(SWOT)分析法对皖江城市带体育产业集群展开全面分析,发现:面临国家政策扶持、承接产业转移示范区建设、经济结构调整以及长三角产业转移辐射等重大机遇;自身产业集群程度低、产业市场不成熟、长三角强大产业冲击带来的挑战;具备地域、自然资源、产业基础及外部政策助推等优势;存在产业集群规模小、资源整合有限、缺乏自主品牌、专业化人才不足等.建议:加强政府宏观调控,协调区域联动发展;加大资金注入和政策助推,招商引资;培植复合型、创新型人才;培育群众体育消费意识.%The sports industry clusters are common feature and unavoidable form of international economic development.By the rapid development of sports industrial economy,extensive sports industry clusters would become an important way in our country in the future.The comprehensive analysis on the sports industry clusters in Wanjiang City Belt,which possesses good foundation and conditions,shows that there existing enormous opportunities of the policy support from the govrnment,the construction of the industrial shift demonstration area,the adjustment of economic structure and the industrial transfer radiation in Wanjiang City Belt,and the challenges of the low degree of industry clusters,the immature industrial market,and the powerful industrial impact in Yagtse River Delta,the advantages of territory and natural resources,industrial foundation and external policies support,as well as the small scale of industrial clusters,the limited resources integration,the lack of independent brands and the shortages of professional talents.It suggests that it is important to strengthen the macro-control by government,coordinate the regional linkage development,increase capital injection and policies support,attract investments,cultivate compound and innovative talents,and the physical consumer consciousness.
