在中国企业对非投资过程中,如何应对投资风险、把握政府参与程度、承担相应社会责任成为亟待思考和解决的重要问题.本文通过对赞比亚谦比希铜矿罢工案例的破析,反映出我国矿产企业在赞比亚投资过程中对劳资关系、员工工作环境及环境保护等问题尚未引起足够重视,也折射出中外企业制度差异、中国企业的“本土化”、复合型人才短缺等主要问题.劳资纠纷与领导人更迭从经济和政治两方面促使罢工屡次发生,凸显出东道国整体投资环境对中国企业对非投资的影响,为中国企业“走出去”战略的进一步发展具有重要参考意义.%During the process of Chinese enterprises'investments in Africa, how to deal with the risk, to grasp the extent of government involvement, and to take the social responsibility have already become the urgent problems to be thought about and solved. The case study of the strikes happened in Zambia Chambishi copper mine shows that Chinese mineral enterprises haven't paid sufficient attention to issues like labor relations, working condition and environmental protection, meanwhile, reflects other problems such as the differences between Chinese and foreign enterprise system, the "localization" of Chinese enterprises, the shortage of complex talents. Labor disputes and the changes of leaders cause the repeated occurrences of the strike, aslo highlight the influence of the overall investment environment of the host country on Chinese enterprises' investments in Africa, and have important significance for the further development of "going out" strategy.
