脐橙果实和叶片发育中磷硫动态的研究

         

摘要

研究了赣南纽荷尔和朋娜脐橙果实及叶片中的磷硫含量的季节性变化.结果表明:(1)幼果期两品种果皮磷含量均居较高,之后趋明显下降,而对应果肉磷含量趋于稳定;两品种老叶磷含量动态均呈前升后降的趋势,膨大期内纽荷尔老叶磷含量相对较高,对应春梢叶磷含量均呈明显下降趋势.(2)两品种果皮和果肉硫含量整体上均趋下降;老叶硫含量虽于幼果期均出现较小的峰值,但总体变化较小,且纽荷尔老叶硫含量相对较高,而春梢叶硫含量整体均趋上升.本文还就纽荷尔脐橙果实和叶片发育过程中的磷硫动态与其生长发育及其缺硼表现的关系进行了讨论.%Seasonal changes of phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S) concentrations were investigated in fruit and leaves from ' Newhall' and ' Skaggs Bonanza' navel orange ( Citrus sinensis Osbeck ) in the southern part of Jiangxi province in this study. The results showed that P concentrations in the rind of both cultivars were at relatively high levels at young fruit stage, thereafter decreased sharply, whereas pulp P concentrations of both remained relatively constant throughout fruit development. Old leaf P concentrations of both cultivars presented increasing trend early in the season and decreasing trends late in the season, and were relatively high from 'Newhall', P concentrations in spring-flush leaves from both cultivars decreased progressively as the season progresses. Seasonal changes of S concentrations were decreasing gradually in the rind and pulp of both cultivars, old leaf S of both generally changed slightly although slight peaks were observed during the early season, whereas S concentrations in spring-flush leaves of the two cultivars presented increasing trends during the growing season. Relationship between dynamics of P and S, growth and development and B deficiency occurrence during fruit and leaves development of Newhall navel orange was discussed herein.
