酰胺基增塑剂对淀粉浆膜增塑作用的研究

         

摘要

In order to provide suitable amide plasticizer of starch for improving the application effect of starch in warp sizing of textile industry,the hydrolyzed starch was prepared by using the method of hydrochloric acid hydrolysis for preparing several starch films containing amide plasticizer by using knife coating process of hot paste.Under the condition of 10% mass ratio of plasticizer to the film,in terms of tensile strength,breaking elongation,and moisture regain of the films,different effects of amide plasticizers on the plasticization for the films were investigated for finding the amide plasticizer with relatively excellent plasticization effect.In addition,influence law of its mass ratio on the plasticization for the film was evaluated,and degrees of crystallinity of starch films prepared before and after being plasticizing were analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The results show that,at the fixed mass ratio of 10%,four kinds of amide plasticizers provide plasticization for the films.And N,N-dimethylformamide has the best plasticization effect on the film.In the mass ratio of 4%~16%,as the ratio increases,the crystallinity of PHSF containing N,N-dimethylformamide decreases,elongation at break gradually increases from 2.83% to 4.35%,and tensile strength decreases from 30.8MPa to 24.8MPa.As a result,film brittleness decreases,and its toughness gradually enhances.%为了提供适宜的淀粉浆料,用酰胺基增塑剂以提高淀粉在纺织经纱上浆应用领域中的使用效果,在增塑剂对淀粉质量比10%条件下,以膜的断裂强度、断裂伸长率和吸湿率为量化指标,评价几种酰胺基增塑剂对酸解淀粉膜的增塑效果,探明增塑效果相对较高的酰胺基增塑剂品种,探索它的用量对淀粉膜增塑效果的规律,并通过X射线衍射对增塑前后淀粉膜的结晶度进行了分析.结果表明,在固定质量比10%下,4种增塑剂都对淀粉浆膜起到了增塑作用,且N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的增塑作用相对最好;在这种增塑剂质量比4%~16%内,质量比增加,所制备淀粉浆膜的结晶度降低,断裂伸长率由2.83%逐渐增大到4.35%,断裂强度则由30.8MPa降低到24.8MPa,从而使浆膜的脆性降低,韧性逐渐增强.
