产业集聚与区域经济的关系较为紧密。滁州战略性新兴产业基础较好，已初具雏形。文章将战略性新兴产业集聚引入生产函数，选取滁州1990年至2012年战略性新兴产业与经济增长的时间序列数据，采用格兰杰因果及协整方法检验两者关系，结论表明战略性新兴产业集聚对地方经济发展具有长期促进作用，且两者具有双向因果关系，滁州应培育地方优势的战略性新兴产业集聚，促成经济增长。%The relation between the industrial clusters and the regional economy is extremely close. There is a good condition of the strategic emerging industries and the clusters were taking embryonic in Chuzhou. The stra-tegic emerging industries cluster is introduced into the production function framework in order to analyze the rela-tionship between the concentration level of the strategic emerging industries cluster and GDP by applying Co - in-tegration Test and Causality Relationship Test over the period of 1990 ~ 2012 in Chuzhou.
