型钢加热炉上料系统钢坯的检测与定位控制

         

摘要

Heating furnace feeding system comprises a feeding bench ( car sliding, electric push-er, hydraulic pusher) , conveying roller, to measure the long, positioning and into the furnace control, feedingsystem is an important equipment of heating furnace control link, feeding control system is good or bad, will directly affect the production rhythm and the production efficiency of the heating furnace. Feeding system in accordance with the requirements of the production process, meet the automatic feeding, automatic detection of blank weight, length, location and conveys the blanks system according to the actual situation of the heating furnace and measurement results are reasonable position, and in accordance with the requirements of the process of billet furnace charging. In this paper, the character-istics of heating furnace, the billet on-line length measuring and positioning using rotary encoder and the grating detector, makes the billet heating furnace control precision and map control more reasona-ble, greatly improves the heating efficiency of the heating furnace, in order to effectively meet the sub-sequent production process of demand, accelerate the rhythm of the entire production process.%型钢加热炉上料系统包括上料台架(横移小车、电动推头、液压推头)、输送辊道、测长、定位和入炉控制等,上料系统是加热炉控制环节的重要设备,上料系统控制的好坏,将直接影响加热炉的生产节奏和生产效率。上料系统按照生产工艺的要求,满足自动上料,自动检测坯料的重量、长度、定位和传送坯料,系统根据加热炉的实际情况和测量结果进行合理的定位,并按照工艺要求进行坯料的装炉。结合加热炉的工作特点,采用旋转编码器和光栅检测器对坯料进行在线测长、定位,使得加热炉坯料控制精度控制方式更加合理,大大地提高了加热炉的加热效率,从而有效地满足后续生产工艺的需求,加快生产过程的节奏。
