空气压缩机曲轴受力状态分析与 UG仿真

     

摘要

Crankshaft is an important part of the air compressor, where the stress state analysis plays an important role in the design process.We construct crankshaft three-dimensional model of a certain type oil free air compressor based on UG nx8.Based on advanced simulation module of NX UG 8, six kinds of stress limit states of crankshaft are simulated .The stress and deformation of each state are analyzed in the working process.Furthermore, We provide experimental data and scientific basis for the dynamic analysis and optimization design of the product, and simplify the design process, shorten the design cycle and improve the reliabili-ty of the optimization design.%曲轴是空气压缩机的重要零部件,受力状态分析是其设计过程中的重要环节。基于UG NX8.0构建了某型号全无油空气压缩机曲轴三维模型,采用UG NX 8.0内置的高级仿真模块对曲轴的6种受力极限状态进行仿真,分析其在工作过程中的各个状态受力及变形情况,为产品的动力学分析、优化设计提供实验数据和科学依据,简化了设计过程,缩短了设计周期,提高了优化设计的可靠性。
