In this paper, the FeNiBa0.2 Ox powder with different composition was prepared by Sol-gel process.The crystal phase, microstructure and magnetic properties of sample were characterized by XRD, TEM, VSM, respectively.The results indica-ted that the ferrite powder with larger particle size was obtained by raising temperature and prolonging the reaction time .The satura-tion magnetization of the FeNiBa0.2 Ox was weakened with the addition of Sr2+, and all the particles appeared regular sphere no mat-ter with or without Sr2+.%用溶胶－凝胶法制备不同组成的铁氧体粉末，利用 XRD，TEM，VSM等分析测试手段对获得的铁氧体粒子的形貌、晶体结构、磁饱和强度进行表征。实验结果表明：延长加热的时间和提高热处理的温度使样品的粒径增大，铁氧体粒子无论锶元素加入与否都呈现较好的球形分布，引入锶元素使晶体的结构发生了较大改变、磁饱和强度也随之减小。
