千山龙泉寺"法水常流"摩崖石刻作者款识向有思元思九说,今对照古今书家元、九两字的书写异同,并对照思元(裕瑞)书法风格,最后释定为思元.在当代千山研究著述中,亦有思元即清末龙泉寺僧思源说.经过钩沉检索史料,最终确定龙泉寺"法水常流"摩崖书丹者非龙泉寺僧思源,而是清代宗室裕瑞.关于"法水常流"书写时间,文章结合裕瑞被圈禁沈阳的时间及期间行状,厘定出裕瑞可能书写"法水常流"的两个时间段.同时结合裕瑞在道光二年(1882)为中会寺书写匾额的行为,提出"法水常流"的书写时间可能在清道光二年(1882).%Through comparing the handwriting styles,this paper proves that the author of the stone inscription in Longquan temple is Si yuan.In contemporary works there is also evidence that Si yuan is the Buddhist Si yuan.After consulting the historical materials the Buddhist is not the author but Yu rui in the Qing dynasty.Refering to the time and condition when Yu rui was confined in Shenyang,two points are proved to be the writing time.Considering the truth that Yu rui wrote a inscribed board in the year of 1882,this paper put forward that the writing time of the stone inscription is the year of 1882.
