In this paper ,the diet culture with rice as the core in Tunpu society and the relationship between the living envi‐ronment supporting the culture was analyzed based on carding the living environment of Tunpu's food .The culture and biological adaptation was expounded systematically ,and the social and cultural significance of food was discussed.%屯堡饮食是适应生存环境的产物，彰显着地域文化特色。文章分析了屯堡社会饮食文化及支撑该饮食的生境，对屯堡人的生物性适应与文化适应做出了阐述，进而探讨了屯堡食物的社会文化功能。
