Under the background of those universities that look forward to turning into Technology -applied university ,the role of practical education is receiving more and more common view among them .However ,a few newly-built colleges have problems in their practice .Usually they don't have the same attention ,sense of creation or perfect mechanisms and systems ,and that’s why the combination between education and practice ,the reformation of the system and the creation of the mechanism become the point of work .%在一些高校向应用技术大学转型的背景下，实践育人工作的重要性逐渐在高校中形成普遍共识。然而，不少新建本科高校在实施中却问题不少，重视程度不一、创新意识不足、机制体制不全成为普遍现状，因此教学和实践的统一、体制的改革、机制的创新成为工作的关键。
