Under the New Situation, the ideological and political education of college is faced with the challenges such as College enrollment system reform,employment system reform and the Internet age. In this paper, the author defined the network ideological and political education, compared the traditional ideological and political education with the network ideological and political education, suggested how to strengthen and improve ideologicalandpoliticaleducationofcontemporarycollegestudents.%新形势下高校思想政治教育面，晦高校招生制度、就业体制改革、网络时代的挑战。文章对网络思想政治教育方法进行了定义，将传统思政教育方法与网络思政教育方法进行了比较，提出了加强和改进当代青年大学生思想政治教育工作的建议。
