The formation of college students＇ psychological problems is not effective prevention and intervention of the linkage mechanism, the main reason is various departments of the College students＂ psychological health education, lack of awareness of the importance of linkage mechanism of main force inadequacy and psychology of lack of expertise and the levels of psychological health education network organization structure of the unclear responsibility, and short of working enthusiasm.%目前高校没有形成大学生心理问题预防与干预的有效联动机制，主要原因是各级部门对大学生心理健康教育的重要性认识不足、联动机制中的主体力量不足，缺乏心理学专业知识，各级心理健康教育网络组织结构的职责不明确，工作积极性欠缺，对此，作者进行了思考，提出了解决的对策。
