欠发达地区高校硕士生创新能力主要受科研项目总数、科研经费的筹集以及科研氛围的培养等因素影响,文章根据欠发达地区高校发展的特点,如何加强硕士生管理、加强科研经费的运转和营造良好的创新文化氛围等提出了相应的对策。%Based on the principal component analysis,this article analyzes the elements which constraints graduate＇s innovation ability in universities in backward areas.As the research presents,the main elements which constraints graduate＇s innovation ability in colleges and universities in backward areas is the total number of research projects,raising funds for scientific research and the training of research environment.Based on characteristics of the backward areas,this article make measures of strengthening the master management system,strengthening the functioning of research funding and create a good cultural atmosphere of innovation and other measures.
