儿童版普通话噪声下言语测试年龄特异性校准因子的建立

         

摘要

目的 研究听觉系统发育成熟度对母语普通话儿童安静及噪声环境下言语识别能力的影响,获得声场下儿童版普通话噪声下言语测试(Mandarin hearing in noise test for children,MHINT-C)各年龄组的校准因子.方法 选取听力正常、母语为普通话、年龄6~17周岁儿童(每年龄组20人左右)及18~25周岁成人(20人)为受试者,进行声场下安静环境及噪声前方、噪声侧方环境的MHINT测试,获得各年龄组儿童和成人在各测试环境下的言语识别阈(speech reception threshold,SRT),并通过比较分析获得各年龄组儿童的校准因子.结果 获得了各组受试者在安静环境和三种噪声环境下的SRT,安静环境下成人组SRT与6、7、8岁各组儿童SRT差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),噪声环境下成人组SRT与6~13周岁各组SRT差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01).建立了6~13周岁儿童声场下MHINT-C测试的年龄校准因子.结论 本研究建立了6~13周岁儿童声场下MHINT-C测试的年龄校准因子,为临床对听力损失儿童的早期干预和康复提供理论依据和指导.%Objective To explore the effects of maturation of auditory system on children's ability to recognize speech in quiet and noise conditions,to establish sound field age-specific correction factors of Mandarin hearing in noise test for children (MHINT - C) , and to obtain the recommended age appropriate for MHINT - C. Methods Speech reception thresholds were measured in 240 native Mandarin - speaking children with normal hearing and 20 adults to establish mean performances across various age groups. Correction factors were calculated by comparing performances in each age group with adults. Results The statistical analysis indicated that there were significant difference in the performances between 6 to 8 yrs old children and adult in quiet conditions(P<0. Odand in the performances between 6 to 13 yrs old children and adult in noise conditionsCP^O. 01). Correction factors were therefore provided for children 6 to 13 yrs old. Conclusion A protocol based on the use of correction factors has been established for children. The results of MHINT-C can provide theorized support and help for earlier involvement and rehabilitation by comparing hearing-impaired children's performance with that of age-matched normal hearing children.
