模压可燃药筒点火特性

         

摘要

采用密闭爆发器试验考察了可燃药筒定容点火性能,分析了装填密度与点火强度对可燃药筒定容点火性能的影响,并与4/7-单的定容点火特性进行了比较.结果表明,可燃药筒的点火过程分为3个阶段,电点火击发阶段、着火阶段与可燃药筒初始燃烧阶段.与4/7-单相比,可燃药筒的点火段压力上升迅速,燃气生成速率大,点火时间短.随着点火强度的提高,可燃药筒定容点火时间缩短,压力上升速率加快,而装填密度对药筒点火特性影响不明显.%Constant-volume ignition characteristics of Combustible Cartridge Case(CCC) were analyzed by using closed-bomb test,and the effects of different charge density and the ignition pressure on ignition characteristics were studied,and it was also compared with that of 4/7 single-base propellants.The results show that the ignition process of CCC is classified into three stages such as electric ignition firing stage,fire stage and primary burning stage of CCC.Compared with 4/7 single-base propellants,the ignition pressure and burning rate increase rapidly,and the ignition time shortens.The pressure rise rate increases,and ignition time shortens with the increase of the ignition pressure,but the effect of charge density on ignition characteristics of CCC is not obvious.
