某车载转管机枪刚柔耦合发射动力学分析

         

摘要

为了研究某车载转管机枪的射击精度,了解武器系统工作的稳定性,基于多体动力学理论,结合车载转管机枪的结构特点,运用ADAMS软件建立了刚柔耦合的车载转管机枪发射动力学模型,利用该模型对车载转管机枪进行了动力学分析,得出其动力学特性,提出了提高机枪射击精度的改进方案,即改变托架结构及与座圈的连接方式,降低机枪射击时的火线高度.分析结果显示,改进方案系统的射击稳定性与动力学特性比原方案有所提高,为武器的研制提供了改进方向.%To study the firing accuracy of certain Vehicular Gatling Gun(VGG)and the performance stability of weapon system,a firing dynamic model of VGG with rigid-flexible coupling was established by using the software ADAMS based on the theory of multi-body dynamics,and the structure features of VGG were considered.By the model,the dynamics of VGG was analyzed,and the dynamic characteristics were obtained.A solution to improve the firing accuracy was proposed,namely,changing bracket structure and its connection mode with saddle ring to decrease the bore height while gun firing.The results show that the firing stability and the dynamic characteristics of the improvement solution are better than those of the original method,and the study provides an improvement direction for the development of weapon.
