竹产业示范园建设规划研究——以贵州省赤水市为例

摘要

Based on the theory of industrial ecology and eco-industrial park construction,planning of the Bamboo Industry Demonstration Garden of Chishui City,Guizhou Province,was studied in this paper.The results showed that:(1) the forest coverage rate of Chishui City reached to 80.2%,of which the bamboo resources accounted for 47.3%.The circular economy of bamboo industry is was composed of three parts,i.e.planting,processing and waste recycling.The development of bamboo industry in Chishui is very distinctive,the bamboo timber processing is promoted by the Moso bamboo forest resources and the miscellaneous bamboo forest resource growth is driven by the bamboo pulp enterprises.(2) Spatial distribution pattern of bamboo resources and processing enterprises and the production scales are important factors affecting the bamboo industry demonstration garden planning.The Bamboo Industry Demonstration Garden of Chishui City is proposed to form a core area,a development zone and a radiative zone,and construct a pattern of "one axis,three types and four units",including the gathering units of bamboo deep processing-resource cultivation,bamboo processing-resource cultivation and bamboo ecotourism-resource cultivation.(3) The key construction contents of the Bamboo Industry Demonstration Garden of Chishui City are to build infrastructure,support industry development,foster market players,research and apply technology,and create famous brand.The construction of the Bamboo Industry Demonstration Garden are expected to achieve remarkable economic,ecological and social benefits.%应用产业生态学和生态工业园建设理论,研究了贵州省赤水市竹产业示范园建设规划.结果表明:①赤水市森林覆盖率达80.2%,竹林资源占全市森林面积的47.3%,竹业循环经济呈种植-加工-废物循环利用3级环状模式,形成的毛竹林资源推动竹材加工和竹浆企业拉动杂竹林资源发展的竹产业模式具有赤水特色.②竹林资源量和加工企业及生产规模的空间分布格局是影响竹产业示范园规划的重要因素,提出了由竹深加工-资源培育集聚单元、竹加工-资源培育集聚单元和竹生态旅游-资源培育集聚单元组成的"一轴、三类和四单元"式核心区分布格局,以及由核心区、拓展区和辐射区形成的竹产业示范园构想.③赤水市竹产业示范园重点建设内容包括基础设施建设、扶持产业发展、市场主体培育、技术研发应用和竹业品牌创建,园区建设将取得显著的经济、生态和社会效益.
