Objective:To make a dynamic study of cerebral circulation in the patients of megrim.Methods:A dynamic study was conducted in 90 cases of megirm.Results:Compared with the normal ones from the control group,the velocity and volume of blood flow in the patients of megirm notably dereased V=(14.51±3.55)cm/s,Q=(7.09±1.25)ml/s,while peripheral resistance become intense,R=(1801.10±409.15)Pas/ml,autoregulation function and vascular wall elasticity are weak and eompliance of brain blood vessel is poor,with arteriolar spasm of brain.Conclusion:Brain blood vessel of the patients with megrim is in a spasm state,which causes local ischemia,and further,contributes to systaltic dysfunction of brain blood vessel.%目的：探讨偏头痛患者脑循环动力学变化。方法：采用脑循环动力学检测仪(CVDI)对90例偏头痛患者进行脑循环动力学检测。结果：偏头痛患者脑血流速度、脑血流量明显减少，V=(14.51±3.55)cm/s，Q=(7.09±1.25)ml/s，而外周阻力增大R=(1801.10±409.15)Pas/ml，脑血管自身调节及血管壁弹性差，脑小动脉血管痉挛，脑血管顺应性差。结论：偏头痛患者脑血管处于痉挛状态引起局部区域缺血，支持脑血管舒缩功能障碍。
