本文论述拉德布鲁赫真善美的法哲学体系、法的理念以及其相对主义法哲学观。法的真善美是相统一的。法的逻辑价值是真，法之真属于法律科学的对象；法的道德价值是善，法之善即正义；法的文化价值是美。拉德布鲁赫认为法的理念包括整体的正义、合目的、确定性三个要素，但其相互间又存在着对立。这个观点基本上是可取的。总体而言，虽然名之；“相对主义”，却充满着辩证的机理；借用“相对主义”无非是为了反对把问题绝对化，使法承载正义，缔造与达至人类自由、平等与和谐。当然，此一别致的法哲学亦不免有其值得商榷之处。%We discusses the philosophy of law system of trueness,virtue and beauty of Radbruch,the idea of law and his standpoint of the relativism of the philosophy of law. The trueness,virtue and beauty of law is an union. The logical value of law is the trueness. The trueness of law is the object of the science of law. The ethical value of law is the virtue and the virtue of law is the justice. The cultural value of law is the beauty. Radbruch thought that the idea of law contain the three factors of the justice, the purposesiveness and the certainty. But they oppose one another. This view is basically advisable. Overall the relativism has mechanism. To use the word of‘relativism’is to oppose the absoluteness , let the law bear the weight of the justice and reach freedom, equality and harmoniousness of human being. Surely, this unique philosophy of law inevitablly has something worthy of Discussion.
