深化工学交替人才培养模式改革,需要建立与其相适应的现代职业教育教学制度,尤其要重视弹性学制和学分制的改革与实践,以更好地体现职业教育的职业性、实践性、开放性特征。%To deepen the reform on talent fostering mode based on work-integrated learning, we need to build an adaptive modem teaching system for vocational education, with special emphasis on reform and practice of flexible length of schooling and credit system, so that the system can better reflect occupational, practical and open characteristics of vocational education.
