高校图书馆引入志愿者参与日常服务工作是一种趋势，双方都可以从中受益。本文以北京电子科技学院图书馆志愿者工作为例，阐述了开展志愿活动的意义和作用，介绍了本馆志愿者工作中的招募、组织、使用、评估和激励等环节的情况，并针对管理工作中出现的问题提出了改进措施，最后强调了健全的制度、先进的管理手段和自主的管理意识是保证常态化开展志愿者工作的必要条件。%It is a trend in college to introduce volunteers to work on daily services that benefits both parts.With the example of voluntary works of library of Beijing Electronic Science and Technology In-stitute, This article illustrates the significance and functions of volunteering, introduces multiple phases of voluntary action of our library like recruiting, organization, execution, evaluating and inspiring vol-unteer.It also presents improvement practices for issues observed during management process.Finally, it’ emphasizc that an adequate mechanism, advanced management method and consciousness of self-management is the necessary condition to secure the daily voluntary actions.
