The relationship between teachers and students in the process of education is the most impor-tant and the most basic relationship.In Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Institute as an exam-ple, this article, through the questionnaire data analysis, summarizes the characteristics of the relation- ship between teachers and students in college as follows:Can be seen from the survey data ,teachers and students are generally satisfied with the relationship between teachers and students, but the teachers lack comprehensive care to fail students,The role of teacher from the student's friends is far away,Mid-dle-aged and young teachers are more popular to students,The teacher should be associate with a wi-der range of students after class,The teaching achievement of teachers depends on the students'learning attitude,The factors affecting the relationship between teachers and students are complicated.%师生关系是高校中最基本，也是最重要的关系。本文以北京电子科技学院为例，通过调查问卷的数据分析，概括出高校师生关系的特点，并针对这些特点进行了深入分析。从调查数据可以看出老师和学生普遍对师生关系较满意，但老师对学生缺乏全面关心令学生失望；老师离学生的朋友这一角色还差很远；中青年老师更容易受到学生喜欢；老师课下需要与更广泛的学生交往；老师在教学中的成就感受到学生学习态度影响；影响师生关系因素复杂。
