三相步进电动机PWM驱动器设计

         

摘要

For various stepping motors,corresponding drivers are designed sothat they can run in good condition. For 70BF2-3 three-phase stepping motor, PWM driver is designed combining stepping motor's driving technology and PWM control, which provides PWM average power voltages for A,B,C three-phase windings. When the frequency of CP pulses is high, average voltages and currents of windings will increase and output torque will enlarge accordingly. It effectively improve high-frequency running property. When the frequency of CP pulses is lower, average voltages and currents of windings will decrease and magnetic field energy of motor is very little so as not to produce resonance. So driver of three-phase stepping motor based on PWM technology is provided with simple circuit and good property.%为了使步进电动机获得优良的运行性能,须针对不同种类的步进电动机设计相应的驱动器。对于70BF2-3型步进电动机,将步进电动机驱动技术与PWM控制相结合,设计了三相步进电动机PWM驱动器,对A,B,C三相绕组提供的电源电压即为PWM平均电压。当CP脉冲为高频时,各相绕组平均电压和平均电流随之增大,输出转矩相应增大,有效提高了步进电动机的高频运行特性;当CP脉冲为低频时,各相绕组平均电压和平均电流较低,电动机磁场储能较少,一定程度上克服了共振现象。结果表明,基于PWM技术的三相步进电动机驱动器线路简单且性能良好。
