互联网产品可用性评估的方法和流程

         

摘要

With the rapid development of information society, Internet products showed uneven availability of quality indicators, product usability evaluation is effective way to improve product design. Because the interface & function usability far reaching influence on product success, user experience design will gradually improve usability as a core objective, usability evaluation in which the position is also increasing important. This paper discusses the evaluation experiment aimed at internet product usability definition, evaluation process and methods, especially the usability evaluation process as the main part, to help clarify serious usability problems and insight into the effective solutions, it could improve the user satisfaction for the product and make it become popular products.%随着社会信息化的高速发展,互联网产品呈现参差不齐的可用性质量指标,产品可用性评估是改进产品设计的有效途径,由于界面与功能的可用性对产品成功影响深远,用户体验设计中逐渐将提高可用性作为核心目的,可用性评估在其中的地位也日渐重要。通过产品评估实验对互联网产品可用性评估标准、评估流程和方法进行分析,以可用性评估流程为重点,分析产品的严重可用性问题,有效地提升产品的用户体验及用户满意度,使之成为受人喜爱的产品。
