近年来我国制毒物品犯罪问题没有得到根本遏制，呈现愈演愈烈态势。2015年颁布实施的《中华人民共和国刑法修正案（九）》为执法机关全链条打击生产、买卖、运输和走私制毒物品犯罪提供了更为完善的法律依据，但在实践中仍存在全流程监管难、情报线索获取难、证据搜集固定难等诸多问题。立足当前制毒物品犯罪的现状与侦防难点，借助数据分析相关原理及手段，从全程监测预警、研发数据分析模型、强化电子取证技术等方面提出侦防对策，以期精确指导制毒物品犯罪侦防工作，有效遏制制毒犯罪活动的蔓延态势。%In recent years, the problem of precursor chemicals-related crimes has been intensiifed on a global scale, and drug-making crime is dififcult to get a fundamental containment. The formal implementation of the Criminal Law Amendment (9) has provided a more complete legal basis for the whole chain of law enforcement agencies to crack down on the production, sale, transport and smuggling of precursor chemicals-related crimes. However, in practice there are still many problems, such as dififculties in monitoring the whole process, obtaining information clues, and collecting evidence. Based on the general situation of current precursor chemicals-related crimes and the dififculties in investigation and prevention, this paper puts forward the countermeasure of investigation and prevention with the data analysis model and electronic forensics technology from the aspects of whole monitoring and early warning, data analysis model and the electronic evidence technology. Those countermeasures are supposed to accurately guide the crime prevention and control of drug production work and effectively curb the spread of drug-producing crime.
