Concealed evidence is a kind of appellation for a special type of evidence in the practical ifeld. The function of concealed evidence is mainly relfected in the aspects of veriifcation and reinforcement of confession, especially in the process of “Confession to Proof” and “Proof to Confession”. Concealed evidence can also effectively deal with the confession. We should pay attention to collecting the concealed evidence comprehensively and normatively by using it, and obtaining the full confession of the hidden details, strictly conserved concealed evidence and details secret.
