商务资金管理系统是针对小型企业资金管理手段落后而研发的基于C/S模式的应用软件。系统设计严谨规范,界面简洁,操作易于上手;在企业的日常资金调配中能提供快捷方便、科学合理的管理模式。介绍了在.NET环境下采用＂自上而下的总体规划,自下而上的应用开发＂的策略,开发系统的详细过程,提出实现商务资金管理系统的基本目标和原则策略,并对整个系统的构架及各功能模块的设计与实现进行了详细的阐述。%Aiming at the poor means in fund management employed by small - size companies, a business fun management system is developed based on C/S model. This system is designed with strict standard, simple interface and easy operability. Therefore, it can provides companies with a quick, convenient, scientific and rational management model in daily fund allocation. This paper introduces the detailed procedure of adopting the strategy of ＂ Generally programming from above to below and application developing from beiow to above＂ to explore the system under. NET environment, puts forward the basic aim and principle strategy, and expains in detail the structure, design and realization of the whole system and each functional mould.
