电动摇椅的机械创新设计

         

摘要

Aiming the case that an ordinary rocking chair is not able to move itself, and applying CAD software such as UG to virtual design and combining traditional mechanical design theory with experience, this paper offers a me- chanical innovation design for electric rocking chair, hing a virtual model of an electric rocking chair woth show that the electric rocking chair structural design integrating some common stuctures into a whole and establis- reasonable structure that can automatically swing. The results is reasonable, which can effectively eliminate fati~e, loosen body and mind, and improve the quality of life. The design of the electric rocking chair will have certain reference value for the practical application of structural innovation design.%针对普通摇椅自身不能动的情况,进行了电动摇椅的机械创新设计,运用UG等CAD软件虚拟设计与传统机械设计理论及经验结合,将一些常用机构有机组合为一个整体,建立了结构合理且能够实现自动摆动的电动摇椅虚拟模型。结果表明:电动摇椅结构设计合理,可有效消除疲惫、放松身心,提高生活质量。通过电动摇椅设计,在实际应用中对机构的创新设计具有一定的参考价值。
