Under the severe pressure of employment, the concept of career planning has been spreading around many higher vocational colleges. Accordingly, we set up a special group to learn about the current situation of students" career planning in higher vocational colleges through the questionnaire survey. We also analyze the problems and the insufficiency of their career planning, and then put forward advice accordingly, helping the higher vo- cational colleges to better improve their service systems for students" career planning.%在严峻的就业压力下,高职学生职业生涯规划理念已在各大院校逐渐传播,但各院校在施行过程中却存在一系列问题。通过问卷调查了解高职学生职业生涯规划现状,研究分析当前高职学生职业生涯规划存在的问题和不足,并提出措施建议,以期帮助学校更好地完善高职学生职业生涯规划服务体系。
