介绍了逆向工程技术的概念、流程和研究现状;通过对一食醋瓶样品的数据采集、数据处理和实体化建模的逆向建模过程,阐述逆向工程技术在食品包装中的应用.研究表明采用逆向工程方法可以获得较高质量的食品包装样品模型,是一种对食品包装进行创新设计行之有效的方法.%The concept, processes and research status of reverse engineering were introduced. The application of reverse engineering technology on food packaging was illustrated by introducing the process of rebuilding a model for a vinegar bottle, including acquiring point cloud data of a vinegar bottle, process- ing data and materializing model. The results showed that a high quality model of sample can be rebuit by reverser engineering. It is an effective method in innovation design on food packaging by reverser engi- neering technology.
