鲜食枣新品种‘鸡心脆枣’的选育

         

摘要

[Objective]This research aims to select new fresh consuming jujube cultivar and enrich jujube cultivation species in Beijing.[Methods]Finding farmholding variety from investigation of germplasm.,the botanical traits,fruit quality,stress resistance,fertile capability were noted by multi point regional test.[Results]The new cultivar'Jixincuizao'has been selected.The fruits show heart-shape with smooth peel,red color and white flesh.The fruits also show good flavors and nice tastes.The average weight of the fruits was 13.2 gram and the edible ratio is 98.1 %,the soluble solids content is 28 %,the total acid content is 0.74 %,and the vitamin C content is 3.13 mg/g.It ripens in mid-September in the Pinggu District of Beijing.[Conclusion]'Jixincuizao'is self-fruitful and has high yield,which is suitable for the cultivation in both plain and mountain area of Beijing.%[目的]选育鲜食枣新品种,丰富北京地区枣栽培种类.[方法]通过品种资源调查获得农家品种,采用多点区域试验,对植物学性状、果实品质、抗逆性、丰产性进行品质比较试验.[结果]选育出鲜食枣新品种‘鸡心脆枣’,果实鸡心形,平均单果质量13.2g,可食率98.1%.果皮薄,红色,光滑平整.果肉白色,多汁,酥脆细嫩,酸甜适口.可溶性固形物含量28%,总酸0.74%,维生素C 3.13 mg/g.在北京地区9月中旬成熟.[结论]该品种自花结实,品质优良,早果性强,丰产稳产,抗病耐瘠,性状表现稳定,适于京郊宜枣平原及山地发展.
