通过以金融办公和商业服务为主的超高层建筑，探讨其暖通空调系统设计与常规建筑的不同。塔楼办公区采用变风量空调系统，空调水系统采用四管制、竖向分区；裙楼商业采用定风量系统，办公区域采用风机盘管加新风系统，空调水系统为四管制。介绍了超高层建筑暖通空调系统的冷热源、空调系统、通风及防排烟系统以及节能环保等，旨在为类似超高层建筑设计提供参考。%The project is a super high_rises building which is based on finance office and commercial services, and the HVAC design is different from traditional building. The office area of tower applies VAV air conditioning system,uses four_pipe water system and divides areas in the vertical direction. The business parts of skirt building applies CAV air conditioning system,and the office area adopts fan coil units plus fresh air system and uses four_pipe water system. The cold and heat sources of heating, ventilation and air_conditioning( HVAC) system,air system,ventilation and smoke control and extraction system, and energy saving and environmental protection are introduced mainly in order to provide reference for the similar design of super high_rises building.
