小模数齿轮单面啮合测量仪的设计

         

摘要

针对小模数齿轮的特点和传统单面啮合测量仪在小模数齿轮测量上的局限性,基于单面啮合测量新原理,解决了微小齿轮的装夹、定位及微小角位移测量等技术难题,研制出小模数齿轮单面啮合测量仪.仪器采用立式结构,主要由基座、精密轴系、微角位移测量装置、测控单元构成.仪器的设计实现了小模数齿轮传动误差的测量,为小模数齿轮精度检测提供了新途径.%Considering the characteristics of fine pitch gears and limitations of traditional gear single-flank rolling tester ( GSRT), a new tester for fine-pitch gears has been developed based on a novel method of GSRT with two driving motors. The key techniques, such as mounting and positioning of micro fine-pitch gear, measurement of micro angle displacement and so on, were researched. The tester, with vertical configuration, mainly consists of base, precision spindle, micro angle displacement measurement unit and control unit. As a new approach for the inspection of fine-pitch gears, the tester can inspect the transmission errors for fine-pitch gears.
