目的：：探讨“预警症状”在基础医疗工作中早期发现老年人群中恶性肿瘤的意义。方法：采用病例对照研究方法，对社区5年来登记的老年恶性肿瘤患者发病时的贫血、体质量减轻、吞咽困难等预警症状进行单因素分析。结果：2组老年人恶性肿瘤预警症状比较显示，病例组老年人贫血、体质量减轻、吞咽困难和下消化道出血预警症状发生率均高于对照组( P<0.05~P<0.01)。2组老年人胃癌及结直肠癌预警症状比较研究发现，病例组老年人贫血、体质量减轻、下消化道出血和吞咽困难发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论：社区医疗工作中“预警症状”对于早期发现老年恶性肿瘤有一定的临床意义，对于预警症状进行早期评价有助于在早期或易于处理的阶段发现或鉴别恶性肿瘤。%Objective:To explore the clinical significance of "alarm symptoms" in the early detection of cancer in elderly community population. Methods:According the case-control study,the “Alarm symptoms"(including anemia,weight loss and swallow) in 50 community elderly population were analyzed using univariate method. Results:The early “alarm symptoms" showed that the incidence rates of anemia,body weight loss,dysphagia and lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage in case group were higher than those in control group (P<0. 05 to P<0. 01). The comparative analysais of “Alarm symptoms" in gastric cancer and colorectal cancer showed that the incidence rates of anemia,body weight loss,dysphagia and lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage in case group were higher than those in control group(P<0. 05 to P<0. 01). Conclusions:The early detection of“alarm symptoms" has a certain significance in the diagnosis of tumor. The early evaluation of the “alarm symptoms" can help to the early detection and diagnosis of malignancy.
