Excel在模拟自然选择对遗传平衡的影响中的应用

         

摘要

Natural selection plays an important role in changing the gene frequency of a population. The change of population genetic structure caused by the selection is an adaptive change. Therefore, natural selection is considered to be the main factor of species adap-tive evolution. Considering the importance of the concept in explaining biological evolution, it has received much attention in the teach-ing of genetics. In order to better display the effect of natural selection on genetic equilibrium, Excel 2003 is used to simulate the se-lection process, and it is expected to understand the selection process more vividly and profoundly.%自然选择是种群基因频率改变的一个重要因素,由选择引起的种群遗传构成的改变是一种适应性的改变,因此,自然选择被认为是物种适应进化的主要因素.鉴于该概念在解释生物进化中的重要作用,故在遗传学教学中备受关注.为了更好地展示自然选择对遗传平衡的影响,采用Excel 2003对其选择过程进行模拟,以期对其选择过程认识更形象、更深刻.
