张掖国家湿地公园浮游植物群落结构特征

The six stations of Zhangye National Wetland Park in drought and cold area were selected for surveying phytoplankton com -munity structure and water environmental quality from 2014a to 2015a.The results showed that in the park there were 257 species be-longing to 8 divisions,91 genera and including variants.The average density of phytoplankton in the spring,summer,autumn and win-ter were 1.02×106,1.04×107,7.12×106and 9.28×105cells/L,respectively.The dominant species ecological succession was re-markable in each season.Bacillariophyta was dominated in spring and winter.However, blue-green algae was dominated in summer and autumn.The phytoplankton communities were varied with the Shannon-Weaver diversity index of 1.02-3.45,the Margalef rich-ness index of 2.35-4.18 and Pielou evenness of 0.27-0.89, respectively.Through the comprehensive evaluation to diversity and density of algae,the water was moderately polluted in summer due to a large number of visitors to the park while the remaining seasons had high water quality.%为研究西北寒旱区张掖国家湿地公园浮游植物群落结构,于2014—2015年对湿地中的6个采样点进行了调查,并对水质状况进行评估.结果表明,共检出藻类8门91属257种(含变种).浮游植物在春、夏、秋、冬四季平均密度分别为1.02×106、1.04×107、7.12×106和9.28×105cells/L.各季节优势种演替明显,呈春冬季硅藻占优、夏秋季蓝、绿藻和隐藻占优的特点.多样性分析发现,Shannon-Weaver多样性指数为1.02~3.45,Margalef丰富度指数为2.35~4.18,Pielou均匀度指数为0.27~0.89.通过多样性和藻密度综合评价可知,张掖湿地公园夏季水质最差,呈中度污染,其他季节总体较好,为无污染或轻度污染.
