利用流式细胞技术和激光共聚焦显微镜技术观察EV71感染前后，细胞内钙离子分布变化情况。细胞感染EV71后，细胞内质网内钙离子浓度显著降低，细胞质及线粒体内钙离子浓度显著升高。 EV71的感染能够引起宿主细胞内钙离子的分布变化，这种变化可能会调节病毒与宿主细胞间的一系列相互作用。%To investigate the distribution of the calcium (Ca2+) in cells infected with enterovirus 71, flow cytometer and confocal mi-croscope were used to detect Ca 2+in endoplasmic reticulum ( ER ) , mitochondria and cytoplasma labeled with specific dye .Results showed that EV71 infection resulted in the reduction of Ca2+content in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) whereas raised the cytosolic Ca2+concentration and the infux of Ca 2+in mitochondria .It indicated that EV71 infection influenced the distribution of host intracellular Ca2+by releasing ER Ca 2+.The redistribution of intracellular Ca 2+will definitely effect normal cell homeostasis and cell functions .
