When promoting consultative democracy,we need to attach importance to the democratic parties'role in the CPPCC organizations,further consolidate and strengthen the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the CPC,and give play to the democratic parties'roles of participation in state affairs manage-ment and democratic supervision through full consultation.Therefore,in the CPPCC organizations,the democratic par-ties shall strengthen their competency of participation in state affairs management and play in full their role in consulta-tive democracy.%党的十八大报告指出，要进一步完善协商民主制度和工作机制，推进协商民主广泛、多层、制度化发展。当前，开展协商民主要注重民主党派在政协组织中的作用，进一步巩固和加强中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度，通过充分协商发挥民主党派参政议政、民主监督的作用。为此，人民政协组织要开拓创新，民主党派要着重加强参政议政能力建设，充分发挥在政协协商民主的作用。
