In the information age,the Internet has significantly influenced the human life in different ways and has un-doubtedly become an important part of the state soft power.The writer,from views cognitive psychology,social identity theory and symbolic interaction theory,analyzed the functioning mechanism of the soft power,and by considering the characteristics and current status of the Internet,made recommendations on how to improve China's soft power by tak-ing advantage of it.%信息时代下，互联网对人类生活的各个方面产生了巨大的影响，互联网成为国家软实力的重要组成部分已成为不争的事实。本文从认知心理学、社会认同理论、符号互动理论三种视角，分析了软实力作用发生的机制，并在此基础上结合互联网的特点与中国互联网的发展现状，提出利用互联网促进中国软实力提升的几点建议。
