人民政协是我国政治体系中具有独特优势的政治组织，发挥人民政协作为协商民主重要渠道的作用，需要进一步加强人民政协协商民主功能建设。为此，要在顶层设计的系统考量下，在坚持人民政协基本定位的前提下，继续保持人民政协的组织特色，进一步发挥人民政协的政治优势，不断促进人民政协协商民主功能的提升。%The CPPCC is a political organization with unique advantages in the political system of China.In order to give full play to its role as an important channel of consultative democracy,we need to strengthen the construction of the CPPCC’s function in consultative democracy.Therefore,we must insist in the basic positioning of the CPPCC, maintain the organizational features of the CPPCC,give further play to its political advantages,and constantly improve its function in consultative democracy.
