不同沙藏处理对青冈栎种子萌发的影响

         

摘要

以青冈栎种子为研究对象,研究种皮对种子吸水性和透气性的影响,不同沙藏方式对种子透气性的改善以及不同温度对种子萌发的影响。研究结果显示,去皮后的青冈栎种子发芽率高于完整种子,去皮种子的发芽率高达88.33%,而完整种子的发芽率只有46.67%。青冈栎种子具有一定的透水性,去皮和完整种子的吸水量相差很小,说明种皮对种子吸水没有阻碍作用。青冈栎种子的透气性不强,经过沙藏储存后的种子透气性有所增强,低温沙藏后的种子透气性优于常温沙藏的种子。低温沙藏后的种子发芽率高于常温沙藏的种子,因此青冈栎种子更适合采用低温沙藏的方式储存。在25℃环境下,青冈栎种子的发芽率最高。%The effects of seed coat on water absorption, air permeability, water absorption, air permeability of seed coat improved with different sand-storage methods and the effects of different temperatures on the germination rate were studied takingCyclobalanopsis glauca seeds as the study materials. The results showed that the germination rate of peeledCyclobalanopsis glaucaseeds was higher than that of intact seeds, peeled seed germination rate reached 88.33%, and intact seed germination rate was only 46.67%.Cyclobalanopsis glauca seed coat has a certain degree of water permeability, there was no significant difference between the peeled seed and intact seed in water absorption quantity, which indicated that seed coat does not hinder seed taking water. The seed coat is poor for air permeability, and the air permeability of seed coat got some improvement by sand-storage. The seed coat of air permeability of low temperature sand-storage is better than that of the room temperature sand-storage. The germination rate of the seeds in the low temperature sand-storage is higher than that in the room temperature sand-storage. Therefore, it is more suitable forCyclobalanopsis glauca seeds with low temperature sand-storage.Cyclobalanopsis glauca seeds got the highest germination rate at 25℃.
