Objective To investigate the feasibility of acupuncture in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods from July 2015 to -2016 in July, 90 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Among them, 48 cases in the observation group were taken along the axillary nerve, while the control group (n=42) only received conventional acupuncture. Two groups of patients were treated once a day, 10 times for a course of treatment. Results (1)the VAS score and clinical symptom score improved: two groups after treatment, VAS scores were significantly lower, clinical symptom scores were significantly increased (P<0.05); but the VAS score of treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, the clinical symptom score was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). (2) curative effect comparison: after the course of the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.4% (41/48), the control group was 73.8% (31/42), and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the axillary nerve location of acupoints for acupuncture treatment of patients with CSR, not only follows the theoretical basis of modern anatomy, is also in line with the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion theory, curative effect than conventional acupuncture is more effective, it is worth in clinical application.%目的 探讨针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病时,沿腋神经走行部位进行取穴的可行性.方法 自2015-07-2016-07纳入90例神经根型颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组.其中观察组48例沿腋神经走行进行取穴,对照组42例仅采用常规取穴.两组患者均隔日治疗一次,以10次为一个疗程.结果 (1)VAS评分和临床症状评分改善情况:两组治疗后,VAS评分均显著降低,临床症状评99分均显著提高(P<0.05);但观察组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组,临床症状评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).(2)疗效对比:1个疗程后,观察组总有效率为85.4%(41/48),对照组为73.8%(31/42),组间相比,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 沿腋神经走行部位取穴行针刺治疗CSR患者,既遵循了现代解剖学的理论基础,也符合祖国医学针灸理论,较常规取穴的疗效更为确切,值得在临床中推广应用.
