固液两相磨粒流研抛螺旋齿轮的数值模拟研究

         

摘要

为了探讨固液两相磨粒流研抛螺旋齿轮质量的影响,以螺旋齿轮为对象,进行数值模拟分析.通过分析可知:从轴向来看,在同一入口速度条件下,随流体不断流入,受曲面形状的影响,流道截面积不断变化,近壁面流体跟随曲面形状时刻做上下起伏、旋转运动,运动方向和流动状态不断变化,流体能量逐渐损失,抛光效果也随之减弱;从径向来看,流道越窄或流道曲面弯曲形状变化越均匀,流道截面积越均匀,磨粒流研抛工件表面质量均匀性越好.为促进固液磨粒流超精密加工技术的不断发展提供了技术支持.%In order to investigate the effect of solid-liquid two-phase abrasive flow on the quality of helical gear, the helical gear is taken as the object,the numerical simulation analysis is carried out. Through analysis we can see:from the horizontal point of view, at the same inlet velocity conditions, with the fluid flowing in, influenced by the surface shape of the channel area is constantly changing, the near wall fluid surface shape follow ups and downs and rotary motion,changing the direction of movement and the flow state of fluid energy loss,the polishing effect also weakened;from the radial point of view,the narrower the flow path or the more uniform the curved shape of the runner surface, the more uniform the cross-sectional area of the flow channel, the higher the uniformity of the surface quality of the workpiece. Which can provide theoretical basis for the continuous improvement of the ultra-precision machining technology.
