三相自动磁平衡节能技术研究

         

摘要

采用相间磁平衡技术,利用电感来平衡相间的电压矢量差,通过DSP控制单元对三相电信号采集处理并选择适当电压补偿档位,从而使相间电压接近相等,减少了中线电流和无功功率,达到节电目的,可以将线路的功率因数提高到0.92以上,谐波失真减少80%,滤除对用电设备的尖峰干扰,节能效果可达5~20%,扩大了配电变压器的承载能力。%In this paper, three-phase magnetic balance technology was adopted, the inductance is used to balance the difference of voltage vector,the DSP control unit sample and the three-phase electrical signal is processed and the ap-propriate voltage compensation is selected. To make sure that three-phase voltage is close to equal, the line current and reactive power are reduced. The purpose of energy conservation are achieved, the power factor of line can be in-creased to above 0.92, harmonic distortion is reduced 80%, rushing disturbance of electrical equipment is filtered out, energy conservation effect is up to 5% ~ 20%.The carrying capacity of the distribution transformer is expanded.
