介绍了一种基于DSP及智能功率模块(IPM)的直流电机驱动测试系统,详述了该方案的硬件结构和软件设计.系统采用TMS320F2812作为主控制器,XC3S400-1FFG456C作为逻辑控制器,以PM30CSJ060构成逆变主电路,以光电编码器作为检测单元来控制直流电机.实验结果表明,该系统方案合理,运行可靠,使用灵活.%This paper proposes a DC motor control testing system based on DSP and IPM,and introduces its hardware structure and software design in detail.In hardware,it takes TMS320F2812 as master computing controller and XC3S400-1FFG456C as logic control unit; PM30CSJ060 constitutes the main inverter part and photoelectric encoder works as feedback detection unit to control a DC motor.Experiments show that the system design is reasonable,and has high reliability and good flexibility.
