In this paper, synthesis of Yb:GGG nanopowder were carried out by coprecipitation method, respectively. The synthetized powder were used for transparent ceramic sintering, which obtained preferably Yb:GGG transparent laser ceramics. The particle size of the prepared nanopowder is small and uniform, the granularity is approximate 80nm. The nanopower has high sintering activity and the optimal sintering temperature and holding time are 900℃ and 4 hours, respectively. The nanopowder were molded and presintered, then Yb:GGG transparent ceramics were pre-pared by vacuum sintering method. The structure, morphology and optical properties of transparent ceramics were char-acterized and tested by using XRD,SEM, fluorescence spectra and transmittance spectra.%采用碳酸氢铵共沉淀法制备Yb:GGG纳米粉体,并用所制备的纳米粉体进行透明激光陶瓷的烧结。所制备的纳米粉体粒径均匀,颗粒度在80nm左右,活性较高,最佳煅烧温度为900℃及恒温时间为4h。对纳米粉体进行成型、预烧及烧结等处理,通过真空烧结方法制备Yb:GGG透明陶瓷,确定了陶瓷的烧结工艺。借助XRD、荧光光谱和透过率光谱等测试手段对制备的陶瓷材料进行了结构及光学性能的表征。
